        现为湖北省宜昌市夷陵区官庄村,属市级文明区,在这片历史久远,人杰地灵,贤者辈出的村庄共有1874户,6050人,村域面积42.3平方公里,该村主产柑橘闻名一世,近几年,这个村先后荣获宜昌市先进基层党组织,先进集体等荣誉称号!全国文明村镇、全国生态文化村、全省党支部“十面红旗”称号!官庄水库是宜昌百万人民饮水发源之地。

        张延德,(1962年3月出生),男,汉族,湖北宜昌人,毕业于北京光明中医学院,教授,国家重点课题《医疗卫生资源区域配置策略研究》,总课题研究员,齐天圣医肺癌康复片临床研究负责人,全国军地中医药特色技术优秀继承人,中医战略科学家,中医抗癌专家,北京齐天中医院院长,中医行业主席。

        Zhang Yande (born in March 1962), male, Han nationality, from Yichang, Hubei Province, graduated from Beijing Guangming College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a professor, a national key project "Research on Regional Allocation Strategies of Medical and Health Resources", a research fellow in chief, the clinical research leader of Qitian Shengyi Lung Cancer Rehabilitation Tablets, an outstanding inheritor of national military and local traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology, a strategic scientist of traditional Chinese medicine, an expert in traditional Chinese medicine anticancer, and the president of Beijing Qitian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry.
